  1. We provide the information to trusted partners who work on behalf of or with Passguard under confidentiality agreements. These companies may use your personal information to help Passguard communicate with you. However, these companies do not have any independent right to share this information.
  2. We respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims.

IP Addresses

When your web browser application requests information from another computer on the Internet, it automatically gives that computer the address where it should send the information. This is called your computer's "IP address." (IP stands for "Internet protocol.")

Information Collection and Use Practices

When a Passguard web page is requested and viewed, that request is logged on our servers with information including the IP address of the computer that requested the page. Passguard receives IP addresses from all users because this information is automatically reported by your browser each time you view a web page. Your IP address is also stored in our user registration databases when you register with Passguard. IP addresses may be used for various purposes, including to:

  1. Verify and protect your identity
  2. Diagnose service or technology problems reported by our users or engineers that are associated with the IP addresses controlled by a specific web company or ISP.

Choices about Cookies

You can configure your browser to accept all cookies, reject all cookies, or notify you when a cookie is set. (Each browser is different, so check the "Help" menu of your browser to learn how to change your cookie preferences.)
