Why is it that organizations are hacked on a large scale using the data available on the dark web, without knowing this data being a priority for information security specialists?

We understand how both hackers and intelligence agencies operate when misusing dark web information to attack organizations. We also understand how challenging it is to filter out valuable data from the vast amount of information on the dark web, as well as the difficulty in making meaningful connections between this data.
