Can I try Passguard for free?
Yes. Start with the free quick scan to see which infections are linked to your domain. For a full trial we run a free proof of concept with your team on your own assets. Contact us to set one up.
What counts as an asset?
An asset is anything we monitor for you: an email domain such as yourcompany.com, a portal such as a customer portal or SaaS login, or a personal email address. Every asset must be verified.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Passguard works from the marketplace side: you add and verify your assets, and monitoring starts immediately. No agent, no integration and no access to your systems.
What happens if I exceed my unlocked infections?
If you exceed your unlocked infections you can upgrade to a higher plan or move to Enterprise or a Custom plan. Our team will help you choose the option that fits best.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
You can upgrade at any time; the difference is settled for the remainder of your contract year. Plans run on an annual contract. To cancel, let us know at least one month before the end of your contract.
How am I billed?
Prices are shown per month and plans run on an annual contract. Custom agreements are tailored, including invoicing terms.
Where is the data hosted?
In the European Union, on European infrastructure. Passguard is a Dutch company and GDPR compliance is part of how the platform is built.
