Who we are

Processing Personal Data
Depending on your interaction with us, we may process:
- Data you provide directly, such as your name, contact details, organisation, job title and communication with us.
- Data processed as part of our cybersecurity service, such as login credentials exposed through “infostealers” on criminal marketplaces. These are processed only to protect our customers from cyber risks.
- Technical data when visiting our website, such as IP address, browser information and device identifiers. This may include data collected through cookies or similar technologies. See also our Cookie Statement.
Why we process data
- To protect organisations and their employees from the misuse of leaked data.
- To deliver and support our services and products.
- To improve our website and communication.
- To send newsletters and marketing communications (only with your consent).
- To comply with legal obligations.
Our legal bases
We rely on different legal grounds under the GDPR:
- Legitimate interest – for our core activity: detecting leaked data and protecting organisations and employees. We have carried out a Legitimate Interest Assessment for this.
- Contract – for delivering the services and products you purchase.
- Consent – for newsletters, marketing and cookies.
- Legal obligation – where we must keep or share data under the law.
Sharing and security
We only share data with trusted partners where necessary for our services, and with authorities where required by law. If data is transferred outside the EEA, appropriate safeguards are applied. We use technical and organisational measures such as encryption, back-ups and strict access control to keep your data safe.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or transfer your personal data, and to object to processing. You can also withdraw your consent at any time. You also have the right not to be subject to solely automated decision-making, including profiling. Requests can be sent to privacy@passguard.com.
