Cuccibu and Passguard partner to strengthen infostealer detection
Dec 19, 2025

Passguard has entered a new partnership with Cuccibu, a renowned risk management consulting organization with a strong focus on privacy and security consulting. With a team of over 100 consultants, Cuccibu supports organisations in reducing cyber risk and improving security maturity.
Through this collaboration, Cuccibu now offers infostealer detection services powered by Passguard as part of its security portfolio.
Infostealer malware poses a growing threat because it targets active digital access, such as session tokens and session cookies, rather than just usernames and passwords. This allows attackers to access systems without re-authentication, even when multi-factor authentication is in place.
From detection to risk-based action
Within the partnership, Passguard provides the underlying technology to identify infostealer-related data appearing on the dark web and illicit marketplaces. Cuccibu complements this with risk analysis and advisory services, helping organisations understand the impact of exposed session data and determine appropriate follow-up actions.
This ensures organisations not only learn that data has been exposed, but also what it means for their risk posture and how to respond.
Why this collaboration matters
Many organisations struggle to translate technical threat intelligence into actionable decisions. By combining Passguard’s infostealer and dark-web intelligence capabilities with Cuccibu’s privacy and security expertise, the partnership bridges the gap between early detection and effective risk management.
Together, Cuccibu and Passguard help organisations act early, limit the impact of infostealer infections, and strengthen resilience against modern, session-based cyber threats.
